- 4 / 5By Jim McKinnisStumbled across Frank's on our drive back from New Orleans. Solid po boys, shrimp was very good. Cooked perfectly though could use more seasoning. Gumbo was good too, could tell they use a dark roux, nutty and slightly bitter. Shrimp again were perfect.
Fried pickles were great and onion rings were some of the best we've ever had.
